Dr. Brackon Lundy earned his B.S. in Exercise Science with Cum Laude honors from the University of Central Missouri and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University. In addition, he also has earned Strength and Conditioning Specialist credentials through the NSCA. Brackon joined the SSOR team in 2016 after learning from Dan Lorenz as a student.
Brackon has professional interests in treating athletes of all ages, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, and injury prevention. He aspires to attain clinical board specialist certification in orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy. He continually is developing his skills from working with board certified and manual therapy credentialed clinicians and clinical internships specializing in orthopedic and sports populations. Brackon actively seeks continuing education to stay up to date on what is the best practice for his patients. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the APTA Orthopedic Physical Therapy Section, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Brackon was drawn to Physical Therapy after experiencing several different injuries in sports and work. He enjoys staying active in riding single track, lifting heavy things, and participating in recreational sports. Brackon believes exercise can be medicine and enjoys helping people return to the activities they enjoy.
