Elbow Pain Rehab

Whatever the source of your elbow condition, the physical therapists at SSOR can help. For those with more chronic conditions, simple activities like gripping a coffee cup can be very painful, and in severe cases, it can even hurt when you’re trying to sleep. If you’ve tried injections, medications, and maybe even a few rounds of physical therapy before, we promise our approach is different and will help you faster. We find that ultrasound, basic stretches, and certain strengthening exercises won’t help, but we’re confident our unique approach will restore your faith in the effectiveness of physical therapy.

If you’ve had elbow surgery, you likely don’t have full motion and require the skilled hands of a competent physical therapist to help you. We’ll provide extensive hands-on techniques to help restore your motion and mobility, then progressively add exercises to strengthen your elbow so you can get back to work and play as quickly as possible.

We’ll do a thorough assessment to make sure any other issues affecting your elbow are addressed. For example, many elbow conditions are caused from shoulder issues or poor posture — we’ll detect this to ensure a comprehensive approach to your elbow care.

Give us a call; it would be a privilege to serve you and partner with you in your care.
