Our clinic is located at 4859 Meadows Rd. Suite #161. The most direct way to get to our parking lot is from Carman Drive off of Kruse Way. Take the first exit off the roundabout and make the first right to get to our parking lot. Our building is immediately to the right of the parking lot driveway and we’re located next to Max Nails.
