What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. We respectfully request as much notice as possible so we can provide that time to another person if needed. If there is a pattern of no-shows or cancellations, your physician will be notified and you may be discharged from our care. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
